I was first introduced to Benjamin Lang by a mutual acquaintance who is a real estate investor. In February 2020 we were considering selling our home to a real estate investor and the guy who was interested brought along Ben as his real estate advisor. After looking over our home it was determined that our best course of action was to put our home on the market. Our plan was to put it up for sale April 2020 but because of the virus it was delayed until June 2020. Ben came over with his plan and after showing us his data and comparisons we put his plan in place. The plan was to list the home on Friday with open houses on Saturday and Sunday. He also was using social media and was emailing his real estate contacts for them to contact clients looking for a home like ours. On the Wednesday before Ben called and said one of his real estate contacts had a client that was interested and they wanted to see it before it went on the market. We decided to show it that Thursday and Ben said he informed the other agent that any offer would have to be over the asking price for us to take it off the market. Ben also laid out his plan that if they were interested and made an offer he had a way to pretty much guarantee we would get what they offered. So one showing and one day before listing the home was sold $10,000 above asking price. It didn't end there, Ben was on top of things that goes with selling our home, answered all questions timely if not immediately and kept us informed every step of the way.
